From conception to installation SEP Construction are here to advise and help design your perfect fireplace tailored to your specific requirements. All of the builders work are carried out by our in-house team with all materials sourced locally with quality being our main priority.

​Getting your new stove installed by professionals ensures that everything is safe, no problems with heat damage to the area surrounding the stove or potential problems with the flue. All our installations are carried out by our professional stove fitters.

All of our fitters are local to Cumbria, friendly, and HETAS qualified with our work fully guaranteed.

Full refurbishment of farm house.

Internal works included the removal and replacements of wall and ceiling finishes, new concrete floor to the kitchen, full electrical rewire and central heating installation. Replacement of PVC windows and doors, insulation upgrade throughout the property and formation of open plan kitchen dining room.

External works included upgraded and replacement of all drains with repairs to septic tank, stonework walls repaired, re-pointed and painted.
